Dereck Chisora has been detained by police at Munich Airport after they launched an official investigation into Saturday night's incredible press conference brawl with David Haye.
The astonishing scenes which took place after Chisora lost on points to WBC champion Vitali Klitschko saw Haye's manager, Adam Booth, suffer a facial cut.
After the fight, Chisora mocked Haye for his poor performance against Klitschko's brother Wladimir last year and tried to goad him into a future bout.
Chisora then confronted him at the post-fight press conference and they brawled around the room, with their entourages also getting involved.
At one point, Haye swung a camera tripod at Chisora's trainer, Don Charles, leading to Chisora brandishing a glass bottle.
Booth suffered a nasty cut on his forehead and later claimed he was "glassed".
Munich police have confirmed they are now investigating the shocking scenes.
A police spokesman said on Sunday morning: "Mr Chisora and Mr Haye have been informed about the situation.
"The Munich Criminal Police will go to their hotel this morning to interview them about the events that occurred after the fight last night."
During the post-fight scenes, Chisora had said: "David, you and me can get it on in London.
"David Haye is an embarrassment. Sky Sports don't do Box Office because of David Haye. He messed up Box Office for all the young fighters and I'm going to give him two slaps for that.
"If David Haye is a fighter he should fight me. Let's fight, me and you. David, how's your toe?"
The two then squared up before a five-minute brawl broke out.
